LONG TIME, NO SAVING

Been a veeeeery long time since I updated... How damn slack.
But you see I was waiting until I actually had something worthwhile to update with. And now I do and it's a bad thing.. You know when there are more drawings... there has been more spending! Eek.

I filled the letters with things I could buy with my pay. But won't.
Until the next page at least...

So I got some tape and got my eftpos card and taped it to my wall.
NO SPENDING.
Oh and I thought of a new 'rule' - can't buy clothes unless I sell some first. I really need to list stuff on TradeMe. Sigh.
Even though I'm over half way to my ultimate saving goal... I'm stressed I won't have enough by the time I leave! Eep.

And seeing as it's been exactly 2 months since my first drawing I thought I'd calculate all the things I spent into categories... Just for kicks, y'no.

That's not really that many days in the grand scheme of things!

Went out to see 'Valentine's Day' (which was average) and ate a Beetnik and paid some cash so seeing as this is all calculated from my bank account it doesn't look like I spent that much (but I did -sadface-).



Mum's birthday! Bought her flowers and brought them into work for her :)
(it's okay Dad will pay me back muahaha)
And a dress. And I was going to buy this other dress as well but thankfully my card declined because most of the money is in another account. It was a sign!!

So anyway. I feel like money is controlling my liffffffeeeeee. It will be worth it in the end though. I always complain. And for that, friends, I'm sorry. Hahaha :)

Wednesday! Jelly and Redbull and plastic cups and stamp and lace leggings and TEAPOT. Even though it was for my birthday so technically I should NOT have bought drinks but people should have bought them for me... Hmmm.



Page 1: MONEY. This all occurred on the 10th Feb. Richness! I've never ever saved this much money ever in my life. Pwouddd.
Page 2: Slipped up and gave in to the raw and fishy temptation of sushi. Although none actually had fish. Inari, one with green bits at the top, roll with avo and cucumber, and rice with huge bit of avo on top! MMMMMMMMM. YUM. And also scored money. And topped up TradeMe account.



Hello knee! Ahem. Elle's b'day! Went out for dinner. Deliciouso!
Tried to be cheap and shared a pizza with Issy :)
And also bought top-up for Robyn as she moves tomorrow and HAS TO KEEP IN CONTACT.

Yeah. That was thrilling! Let's do it again soon.

ROADTRIPPIN'

Best roadtrip everrrrr! My first.. but that's beside the point.
Spent a little dosh which is bad, but not as much as I easily could have!



So I put this as the 24th January when actually it was the 26th. I am so embarrassed by that.



And that says the 25th. When actually it was the 27th. WHAT IS WRONG WITH ME.
Also, my watermelon looks very peculiar. Ho hum.



Oh well done, finally got the date right! And my tea and muffin talk! Glorious!

So anyway I'm in the midst of a dilemma. I've fallen in love. With a camera.
An $895 camera.
Because it's the cheapest DSLR I've come across that I actually like and also this includes both the body and a lense and also it's not massive or too expensive so I wouldn't be freaked out by having it.... If that makes sense.
So that's my ramble.

It's a Canon EOS 1000D.

I was bored at work today.

It's been a great past few days! I love life.


On Monday I went to the doc's and got my prescription refilled. Also worked 2.25 hours, oh yes.


On Tuesday I saw AVATARRRRRRRRRRR.
It was aaaaaaaamaaaazing! Absolutely loved it! Can I please have an Avatarrrrr? PLZ.
Also it was 3D. Also went with people from work. Also they paid for my ticket but even though I am saving I insist on repaying. It's $20 more I have to save... $20 harder I have to work!
Wednesday = work for a few hours & work dinner which work paid for YAY it was delicious. And free.


And today I had to put petrol in the car. Because apparently when I use up the petrol, I have to pay for it. Wtf is up with that! Ahaha...
But this should most definitely get me through this weekend at least!

Going away on Tuesdayyyy yaaaaay roadtrip!
